Washington United Migrant has received a microgrant from Verity Credit Union, a community-based financial institution (CDFI) with a presence in the Puget Sound region, known for supporting grassroots organizations working with historically marginalized communities. Since launching its microgrant program in 2017, Verity has awarded unrestricted funding to small organizations, providing flexible resources to address urgent needs, strengthen internal operations, and expand community impact.

This support not only fuels our current initiatives but also connects us to a model of community investment grounded in trust, equity, and shared responsibility. At WUM, we deeply value this partnership, which allows us to continue building inclusive, accessible, and purpose-driven spaces for migrant families across Washington State.

A Message from WUM

Thank you, Verity Credit Union, for believing in our mission.

We continue building community, migrant to migrant, with respect, connection, and purpose.
